What types of opportunities are available?

• Individual and multi-unit franchise opportunities are available.

How much will I need to invest?

• The estimated initial investment to establish a Hungry Greek™ franchise will be between $185,825 to $365,630. This includes a franchise fee of $25,000, as well as the leasehold improvements for a 1,500 to 2,000 square foot facility. It also includes the estimated cost of furnishings, equipment, inventory, blue prints and plans, three months rent, grand opening advertising and 90 days of working capital.

What is the term of my franchise agreement?

• We offer qualified franchise candidates an initial term of 10 years with a 10 year renewal term.

Is there a continuing fee?

• Yes, the continuing royalty fee is 5% of gross receipts, excluding sales tax.

Will I receive assistance in finding a suitable location for my Hungry Greek™ restaurant?

• Yes. While it is ultimately each franchisee’s responsibility to find a suitable location, a Hungry Greek™ representative will assist you in this process. We will collectively review all written site submission plans, conduct one (1) on-site evaluation of your preferred location, and approve a location that is mutually agreed upon and meets our criteria.

Who signs the lease?

• Franchisees are responsible for executing and guaranteeing (if required) the leases for their restaurants.

Does the Hungry Greek™ offer financing?

• No. We will, however, recommend third-party sources to qualified franchisees.

Do I receive training from the Hungry Greek™?

• Yes, our current training program consists of 18 days of classroom sessions and on the job experience in operating a Hungry Greek™ restaurant at one of our affiliate locations in Tampa, FL. The training covers all facets of operating the Hungry Greek™ business. In addition, a Hungry Greek™ representative will assist you during the grand opening phase of your first restaurant.
