Tampa Bay’s 10 News Network did a feature on our restaurants for their “Flavors Of Tampa Bay” section. We wanted to share the article with you below:
The Hungry Greek cooks up family dishes like Mousaka, Chicken Souvlaki and Baked Pastitsio. All of their dishes are made fresh right in front of you. Their motto: “It’s fresh, It’s healthy, It’s good,” Opa!
Some of the dishes are:
Baked Mousaka, with alternating layers of eggplant, sliced potatoes, ground beef and ground pork covered in a bechamel sauce, served with a Greek salad and Pita bread.
Dolmades, tender grape leaves stuffed with ground pork and beef, rice, tomatoes and Greek herbs, served with soup or salad and pita bread.
Chicken Souvlaki, chunks of chicken breast on a skewer, grilled and served over rice with a Greek salad.
