Site Selection
- We will provide you with written guidelines outlining the criteria necessary to support a Hungry Greek™ franchise location and will conduct one (1) on-site visit to evaluate your preferred location.
Construction
- The Hungry Greek™ offers prototypical space plans and designs to be tailored to fit the layout of your chosen site. Our years of experience operating Hungry Greek™ restaurants have allowed us to create designs that maximize efficiency and sales in relation to the specific dimensions of your site. We will also provide you with a design package necessary to complete the build out of your restaurant to comply with our current brand image.
Training
- We offer a comprehensive training program consisting of both classroom and on the job training in operating a Hungry Greek™ restaurant. Our training covers all facets of the business, including marketing, accounting, hiring policies and procedures, cash management, recipes and cooking procedures, POS usage, customer relations, and other critical business matters. Our Operations Manual and supplemental training manuals are yours to continue to use and are updated on a regular basis as procedures are updated.
Opening Support
- Shortly before you open your first Hungry Greek™ restaurant, we will be at your store to provide one week of support to assist in the training of your employees and to help ensure that the critical opening phase of your restaurant goes smoothly. We will also assist you in implementing the marketing strategies necessary to generate excitement for your grand opening.
Marketing and Advertising
- The Hungry Greek™ suggests overall marketing, advertising, community outreach and public relations programs for your franchise location. Each program is designed to give franchisees the tools need to successfully promote their restaurants.
Ongoing Operational Support
- Even with intensive training, questions will arise, and our support team is available to help you overcome challenges you may face in running the business. In addition to our operational consulting services, we will also make routine visits to your store to assist you in developing, operating and marketing your restaurant.
